Important: When you upload photos or videos of items, those images are sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI API for analysis. Anthropic processes the images to identify items and assist with pricing. Anthropic’s use of this data is governed by Anthropic’s Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API-submitted data to train its models.
We retain the photos you upload on our servers to support your orders, enable dispute resolution, and improve our pricing accuracy. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us.

We use PostHog to record user sessions on our Platform. These recordings capture mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page navigation to help us identify usability issues and improve the product. Sensitive fields — including password inputs, payment card fields, and OTP codes — are automatically masked and are not captured in recordings.
Session recordings are stored securely and accessed only by authorized JunkRabbit team members for product improvement purposes.
You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 12).
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

JunkRabbit is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
