Yes — if you book by 11 AM, your junk can be gone before 5pm today. Select an afternoon window at checkout. Book by 4 PM and it's still gone tonight — just later in the evening.
The 11 AM cutoff
Same-day windows run in 2-hour blocks from morning through late evening. To be done before 5pm you need the 2–4pm block, and an 11 AM booking is what reliably lands it. Book later and you'll still get same-day — an evening window if you book by 4 PM — or tomorrow's 9–11am.
Why the deadline?
Haulers need time to dispatch, drive, and actually do the work. An 11 AM booking gives us buffer for traffic, building logistics, and the occasional elevator outage before a mid-afternoon window. Every window has a "we arrive within" guarantee.
| Item | Starting at |

Frequently asked
What if I book at 4pm?
We’ll confirm the first tomorrow window (usually 9–11am). Same-day may still be possible in some boroughs — call (332) 455-7051 to check.
Is the negotiable?
The 15% is built into our rate with haulers so they can reprioritize. It’s not negotiable but is disclosed upfront in your quote.
What if your hauler is late?
If we miss the window by more than 30 minutes, you pay nothing for the pickup — it’s on us.
