If a same-day window is available, we honor it. Book later or once the day fills up, and we take the next open window, usually first thing the next morning. Either way you pick a 2-hour arrival window, there's no rush fee, and same-day is the standard flat rate — the same price as a scheduled pickup. We cover all five NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

Do I need to move anything to the curb?

No. We come inside your apartment and carry everything out — any floor, walk-up or elevator, narrow hallways, tight stairwells, whatever it takes. You literally point at what you want gone and we handle the rest. That's the whole point.
Is the quote fixed after photos, or can it change on arrival?

Fixed. The photo-based quote you see at booking is the price you pay. We confirm every item from your photos before the hauler is dispatched — no on-arrival surprises, no upsells, no "oh it's actually more" moments. If you decide to add items beyond what you booked, you'll see the updated price and approve it before they touch anything.
Can you provide a COI for my building?

Yes — free, same-day. We submit the Certificate of Insurance directly to your managing agent or super. You don't chase anyone, you don't pay anything extra. Add the building's COI requirements (managing agent name, email, any additional-insured language) when you book and we handle it. Standard turnaround is within a few hours.

What's included in the price?

Everything. Hauler labor, stairs and elevator time, parking, transfer-station disposal fees, and EPA Section 608 refrigerant recovery for fridges and AC units — all included. No add-ons at the door. The per-item price you see at booking is the full price you pay.
Do you donate or recycle usable items?

Best effort. Haulers route reusable items to NYC thrift partners and recyclers when feasible — clean working appliances, intact furniture, e-waste to certified processors. Honest reality though: the majority of jobs still go to transfer stations because the economics of sorting and delivering donations don't work on most pickups. If donation or recycling is a priority for your specific items, mention it when booking and we'll flag the route.
What items do you remove?

Everything. Couches, mattresses, refrigerators, dressers, desks, TVs, exercise equipment, pianos, hot tubs, construction debris, full apartment cleanouts — we take it all. No item is too big, too heavy, or too awkward. If it fits through a door, we're getting it out.

Do I need to be home during pickup?

Someone needs to be present to let the hauler in and confirm which items are being removed. The actual pickup usually takes 15-45 minutes depending on the job size. You pick a 2-hour arrival window and we text you when the hauler is en route.
