Full Brooklyn apartment cleanout from $400. You just closed — we'll have it empty before you move in. Couch, bed, dressers, half-used spices in the cabinet, old paint cans, all of it.
How we help
This happens more than you'd think. The seller promised the place would be "broom-swept" and instead left a sectional, a queen mattress, and twelve years of accumulated stuff. You don't want to fight about it at closing — you just want it gone before the movers show up.
We come in with a truck and a two-person crew. Everything not bolted down leaves. We sweep behind us. If you want to keep anything, you mark it (or text us a photo) and we work around it.
