Inherited apartment cleanout in Brooklyn from $600. Photos, jewelry, papers, and anything personal goes in a save box first. Then we clear furniture, kitchen, closets, basement. Usually one day for a 1BR, two for a 2BR.
How we help
Grandma left you her place — and everything in it. The lawyer keeps asking when you'll have it cleared. Cousins keep texting about who gets what. The lease (or maintenance) is still being paid. Meanwhile every shelf has knickknacks, every drawer has letters, and the basement storage cage has things from before you were born.
We come in with a slow, careful crew. We sort as we go. Anything that looks personal — letters, cards, photos, jewelry, important papers, religious items, military medals, baby things — goes in a labeled save box. We text photos of anything we're not sure about. You and your cousins decide. We clear the rest in one trip.

Yes. Many families schedule a 'family walk-through' before we arrive. You decide who gets what, mark or remove those items, and we clear the remainder. Or we save anything that looks personal and you sort the save boxes later.
What about valuables — silver, jewelry, war medals?
We never throw out anything that looks valuable or personal. We set it aside in a clearly labeled box and show you before the truck pulls away. We are not appraisers — but we know not to throw out grandpa's medals.
How long does it take?
Most 1-bedrooms are 4–6 hours. 2-bedrooms or homes with full basements take a full day or two. We give you a fixed time window before we start.
