“Luis and Hector were amazing! They got rid of two large couches, a mattress, and a bedframe from my Brooklyn brownstone — with 3 flights of steps in the middle of July — in under an hour. Extremely affordable as well; I got another quote for literally double the price.”

Crown Heights junk pickup starts at $75 minimum. Same-day pickup available if booked by 4 PM. Experienced with pre-war apartment buildings and brownstones.
Crown Heights coverage
From Atlantic Avenue south to Empire Blvd, from Washington Ave east to Ralph Ave. Including the Lubavitch community area (roughly Kingston to Rochester) and the Caribbean-heavy area near Utica.
Historic brownstones
Many Crown Heights brownstones are over 100 years old. We’re careful with:
- Original wood floors and stair railings
- Ornate moldings and trim
- Narrow servants’ stairs (if furniture won’t fit the main stair)
- Garden access for rear-door exits

| Brownstone floor cleanout | $600–$1,200 |
| Full brownstone estate | $1,970–$4,925 |
