Full Queens downsizing cleanout from $400. You take what fits in the moving truck to Florida — we take everything else. Donations prioritized over the dump. Two-visit option if you want to sort in stages.

How we help

Downsizing after thirty or forty years in the same apartment is not a one-afternoon job. There's furniture you don't need, kitchen things you've doubled up on, and closets you forgot you had. The Florida place is smaller — and that's the point. We help you let go of the rest without throwing your back out or paying movers to ship things you don't want.

We work at your pace. Many retirees book us twice: once early in the process to clear obvious things like extra furniture and the basement, then once at the end to sweep up what's left after the movers come for what's going to Florida.

Frequently asked

We've lived here 35 years. We only want to take a few things to Florida. Can you handle the rest?

Yes. That's most of what we do. You mark or tag what's going with you. Everything else — furniture, dishes, books, clothes, electronics — we donate, recycle, or haul. One fixed price.

Do you donate things that are still good?

Yes. We partner with NYC donation centers, and we'll prioritize donation over the dump for any furniture or clothes still in good condition.

Can we do this in stages — sort first, haul later?

Of course. Many retirees book us for two visits, sometimes a week or two apart. First visit takes the obvious furniture and appliances. Second cleans up after you've packed what you're taking.
