We meet you at the facility (or go ourselves if you can't make it). We open boxes one at a time. Photos, letters, jewelry, important papers — those go in a save box for you. Furniture, dishes, lamps — we donate what's good and dispose of the rest. We send you photos of anything we're not sure about.

Yes. We do this all the time. Forward us the storage facility access info, sign their release form, and we send you photos of every box and a final video walkthrough. You stay where you are.

Most 10x10 units are done in 3–4 hours. We don't rush the personal items — those slow us down on purpose. We'd rather take an extra hour than throw away something that matters.
