Upload a Photo & Get Quote →Windsor Terrace is a quiet wedge of two-story row houses and small walk-up apartments tucked between Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery. The stairs are narrow and the stoops are short, and our two-person crew dollies a 200-pound fridge out for you at a flat per-item price with no walk-up surcharge. A standard fridge is $221 from any floor; a washer is $179, a dryer $172.
Old fridges, freezers, and window ACs contain refrigerant, and EPA Section 608 requires a certified handler recover it before disposal — the reason DSNY won't take a fridge from the curb without a certified tag. We handle the recovery and the certification, included in your quote.
