Do I have to be there when the crew comes?
No. Many clients leave keys with the doorman or use a lockbox. We text before/after photos of every room. Most people are not home for this — it's easier.
Can you donate his stuff to a women's shelter or charity?
Yes. We work with NYC donation partners. Suits, shoes, coats in good shape go to Bottomless Closet, Dress for Success-equivalent programs, and shelters.
