Yes. Most Manhattan brownstone studios are walk-ups and we do this every day. We may disassemble the couch on the landing if it won't fit the stairwell. No extra charge if quoted upfront.
Do doorman buildings need a Certificate of Insurance?
Most do. Tell us your building's management company when you book — we email the COI directly to them, usually within an hour. No charge.
Can I just get rid of one big piece?
Yes. A single couch is $170. Single mattress is $138. One trip, in and out in 30 minutes.
