Pre-move purge cleanout in NYC from $174. Sectional too big? Dining set won't fit? We take the extras the day before your move so the movers only carry what's actually going.

How we help

You measured the new place. The sectional definitely doesn't fit. Neither does the dining set, the second dresser, the entertainment console, or the extra bookshelf. The movers charge by weight and time — every piece you bring that won't fit is money you're throwing away to store it in a hallway or curb.

We come the day before (or the morning of) and take everything you've already decided isn't making the trip. Movers arrive to a lighter apartment. Your move is faster, cheaper, and less stressful. Most people save more on the move than they spend on us.

Frequently asked

Can you come the day before the movers?

Yes. That's the sweet spot. We clear the bulky pieces in the evening, you sleep on a mattress on the floor, and the movers in the morning only handle what's actually going.

What if I change my mind on a piece?

Mark it. We work around anything tagged 'keep.' Or text us a photo and say 'leave the green chair' — we'll know.

Will you donate the good furniture?

Yes. Anything in decent shape goes to NYC donation partners. The rest is responsibly disposed of.
