Upload a Photo & Get Quote →Sunnyside is the landmarked low-rise of Sunnyside Gardens — garden-court co-ops — plus rows of brick walk-ups along Greenpoint and Skillman. Some co-op boards want a certificate of insurance on file; we carry liability insurance and email the COI ahead of the pickup, then carry the furniture out through the garden entry or down the walk-up. Anything that won't fit gets taken apart free, at a flat per-item price with no walk-up surcharge. A standard dresser is $169, a dining table $138, a bookcase $97.
Solid wood and usable pieces go to a donation partner where we can; the rest is recycled or disposed of responsibly. Upload a photo for an exact price and we'll text a window.
