The crew arrives in the booking window with a 30-minute ETA text. Single-family blocks (Tottenville, New Dorp, Eltingville, Westerleigh, Todt Hill, Annadale) we stage off the side driveway and walk the bedroom-to-truck distance — usually under 50 feet. North Shore Victorian frame houses (Stapleton, Port Richmond, St. George, West Brighton) we stage on the street and come up the front porch.
Disassembly is included. We bring an impact driver, hex/Allen set, and socket wrench. Standard metal-frame Ikea or generic platform comes apart in 5–10 minutes. Solid-wood frames with bolted side rails and cross-slats take a bit longer. Headboards on platform beds usually come off before the side rails. We never charge extra for the breakdown step.
Trucks reach Staten Island via the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge from Brooklyn or via the SI Ferry from Manhattan. Bridge tolls are absorbed into the route economics — never line-itemed.
