Related Companies and Oxford Properties developed the complex; the residential stock is overwhelmingly post-2017 luxury condo towers with full concierge service, doormen, and ground-floor retail. The Manhattan West phase (just east of 10th Avenue) added rental and condo capacity through 2024.
Key towers: 15 Hudson Yards (2018 condo, Diller Scofidio + Renfro architects), 35 Hudson Yards (2019, residential + Equinox hotel), 50 Hudson Yards (2022, mostly commercial with some residential), One Manhattan West (residential), plus the smaller Manhattan West rental buildings. Every tower has a freight elevator, concierge team, and COI requirements.
Operational reality: the interior plaza (Public Square, the Vessel sculpture, Edge observation deck base) is pedestrian-only. We stage trucks on 10th Avenue, 11th Avenue, or West 30th / 33rd Streets, depending on which tower's loading dock we're using.
