Empty the drawers before pickup — we don't sort personal items. The crew arrives in the booking window, removes the drawers for the haul, and walks the carcass out. For tight stair turns (LES, East Village, West Village tenements with 80-degree second-floor landings) we also pop the back panel and the side rails if needed. Disassembly is included in the flat $106 / $132.
Doorman / freight-elevator buildings on the UES, UWS, Murray Hill, Midtown — we send the COI to your managing agent at no charge. Your super reserves the freight window. Disassembly typically isn't needed once the dresser clears the freight-elevator opening.
