The crew arrives in the booking window with a 30-minute ETA text. Water and gas disconnect is included — we shut the supply valves, disconnect the flex lines, cap the drain. Standard flex-line installations are routine. The exception: hard-piped (soldered copper) installations require a plumber first; we can refer one if needed.
Walk-up tenement removals (LES, East Village, West Village, Harlem, Washington Heights, Hell's Kitchen) are a two-person carry down the stairs. The unit gets dollied. Price stays $129 / $122 regardless of floor.
Doorman / freight-elevator buildings (UES, UWS, Murray Hill, Midtown East, Midtown West, Tribeca) — we send the COI to your managing agent at no charge. Your super reserves the freight window, typically 30-minute slots. The compact stacked combo ($175) fits most freight elevators without disassembly; full-size side-by-side units sometimes need the top panel popped to clear the elevator opening.
